Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom development work that has been completed
  • Third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Services where significant work has been completed
  • Cancellations after project milestones have been approved

  4. Allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project:

  • Notify us in writing as soon as possible
  • Cancellations before work begins may receive a full refund minus any administrative fees
  • Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for work completed
  • You will receive all completed work and files upon final payment

Revision and Modification Policy

Before considering a refund, we encourage you to work with us on revisions:

  • Most service packages include a specified number of revision rounds
  • Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee
  • We will work diligently to address your feedback and concerns
  • Clear communication helps us deliver results that meet your expectations
